Nicely furnished & Spacious Basement Apartment. Located in the Center of town right next to Ridge Park & close to SUU. The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Southern Utah!
There are so many great hiking/biking trails nearby. We are also close to the Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, & Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon is 20 minutes away, Cedar Breaks 30 minutes, Brian Head 45 minutes, Zion National Park 75 minutes, & Bryce Canyon 90 minutes.

Located in Cedar City, this apartment is in the city center. Utah Shakespeare Festival and Adams Shakespearean Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Johnson Arts Center and Park Discovery.
