1 Br Private Vacation Home Vacation Rental In Cayucos, California

This room inside my home is a perfect quick stopover place for traveling along hwy 1. I had such a good experience renting out a studio on the property with Airbnb that I added this room as well. It’s approx 12 x 12 with a super comfy queen bed and chair that pulls out into a single bed (kid-sized), dresser and smart tv.

You’ll have your own entrance with a keypad so you can come and go as you please without disrupting anything.

I recently added a “coffee nook” in the hallway with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

The room is a work in progress. Carpet is not great, but I have pretty rugs and recently painted an accent wall. :) Perfect tiny yard for dogs.
No frills but cheap place to crash for the night.

The closet has a few of my own belongings, but there is a small dresser if you need it.

The path to the door is a little rocky, but I have done some work to make it more accessible.
The bathroom is shared with the room across the hall, which I also rent out on airbnb, so there may also be other guests in this shared space.
The laundry room is on the other side of the room, so you may hear noise from either.

This was our home that we just moved out/currently moving out of but it was too big for our little family so I am portioning it off and renting out one room at a time.

The location is great as we are located on the coveted numbered streets. We are one block from the beach, with very easy beach access just down at the end of the street. Our place is exactly one mile from the pier-very walkable or bikeable.

I do my best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and welcome suggestions for a better stay!

Well behaved dogs MAY be considered with a $50 pet fee, due upon arrival. There is a tiny fenced in yard. Please send me a message to inquire about pets.

No smoking (of anything) in or ANYWHERE around the property.
I also do tours in town:
I lead a guided hike up a nearby hill.
I do bike tours.
And I rent bicycles to get to town.
I also have a vehicle on Turo!

Located in Cayucos, this vacation home is near the beach. The Giant Chessboard and Morro Bay Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Morro Bay State Park and Museum of Natural History.
