The Caretaker’s house~ Built in 1942, it has been lovingly renovated with both comfort and function in mind. The living room / bedroom has a queen bed, an oversized chair, a dresser and lamps, and a table with two chairs. The kitchen has a ‘retro’ red fridge, a gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, glassware, and silverware. There is plenty of cabinet space. The ¾ bath has a beautiful new shower. The flooring throughout is wood plank, waterproof laminate. There is a sweet, private covered front porch with a cafe table and chairs. Approx. size is 280 sf

Located in Cayucos, this cottage is in a rural area and on the beach. Morro Rock is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cayucos State Beach and Moonstone Beach Park. Harmony Glassworks and Cambria State Marine Park are also worth visiting.
