Welcome to Sundance, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury oceanfront villa nestled in the beautiful and peaceful North Side of Grand Cayman near the world famous Rum Point. Beautiful views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea greet you as you enter Sundance. With a well laid out floor plan, Sundance is an excellent villa for couples and families, young and old.

Sundance has an oceanfront 10 x 44 ft LED lit pool with an expansive sandy beach with amazing views right out the back door. The expansive pool deck is the perfect place to dine or relax after a day of sun and surf. Just off the patio, you will find a four-burner propane grill for a great sea-side barbecue.
On the east side of the pool deck is a newly installed 10’x13’ cantilever umbrella which provides a nice shade option when dining and lounging outside.
The 3,400 sq. ft. open floor plan features a large brand-new kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, full complement of small appliances including a blender, crockpot, electric kettle, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, standard 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric griddle, and coffee bean grinder, to name a few! A large breakfast bar (seating up to 3) completes the kitchen area.

Sundance has an expansive living area, featuring large flat-screen Smart TV with cable plan. There are two comfortable sofas, two recliners and arm-chair seating with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax! Large expandable dining table just beyond the kitchen accommodates our guests in comfort. The pool deck offers a square dining table which will seat up to 8 guests in comfort for amazing Al Fresco dining. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms and living areas.

Sundance features 2 oceanfront King Bedrooms, one with Ensuite bathroom on the East side of the house, the other King oceanfront bedroom on the west side of the house has a shared full bathroom with tub / shower combination with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms (King) have beautiful ocean views with access to the expansive pool deck with sliders. The 3rd (twin) bedroom has a garden view to the south at the front of the villa. All bedrooms feature full length mirrors, with plenty of closet space in each bedroom, and luggage racks for your bags. In addition to lamps on each nightstand, each room is equipped with recessed, dimmable, LED lighting.

Sundance has 2 dedicated Air Conditioning units that serve the Living area, and bedrooms respectively. This allows our guests to relax in comfort.

Full size high efficiency LG washer and dryer and utility sink, located off kitchen in dedicated laundry room/ pantry. A powder bathroom off the kitchen is directly adjacent.

Sundance is a short drive away from the world famous Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish Point and all it has to offer including watersports, fabulous dining, and ferry service to Camana Bay. There is also an Espresso shop at Kaibo, for that amazing morning coffee and breakfast sandwich, or afternoon snack. East End Resorts and fabulous restaurants are a short drive away. A small grocery and liquor store is a just few minutes east of Sundance. The snorkeling directly offshore of Sundance is amazing and well documented in various snorkel blogs. The airport and Georgetown, the capitol of the Cayman Islands are about a 30-35 minute drive away, so a vehicle rental is a must.

Sundance has a Ring Doorbell, and three Ring security cameras along the front corners of the property.

-- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.

-- $2,500 refundable excess cleaning and damages deposit.

***Booking Rules***

-- 5 nights minimum stay required.

-- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.

-- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy rate required over Christmas and New Year's week

-- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.

-- Inquire for shorter stays if calendar suits subject to approval.

-- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

***Beach Notes***

Our beach at Sundance is a white sandy beach to the shoreline with ample space to spread out and unwind! There is excellent reef protected snorkeling at Sundance. Water shoes/ fins are advised for foot protection in the water, given the abundant marine life and coral.

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years across the Caribbean. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. We do make every effort to remove heavy sargassum and will have the a large section of the beach raked prior to your arrival, however we cannot control Mother Nature and there will be times where seagrass accumulates.

Located in North Side, this villa is on the beach. Wreck of the Ten Sails and Mission House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Mastic Trail North Trailhead and Mastic Trail South Trailhead. Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and Governor Michael Gore Bird Sanctuary are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
