3 BR, 3.5 BA. The Pink Beach House is a gorgeous, waterfront, Cayman Island home sitting on it's own private, reef protected, white sandy beach near prestigious Rum Point. With magnificent views of the sparkling Caribbean and nearby reef, The Pink Beach House is a totally private and peaceful retreat. Enjoy this stunning property, professionally landscaped with an abundance of flowering Bougainvillea, Agouti, Oleander, a variety of palms, and a gorgeous grass lawn. The pool has a large, inviting deck directly on the Caribbean and is completely surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation and palm trees.
Take advantage of a range of activities offered locally, safe in the knowledge that you can also relax in the peace and quiet of a hammock on your very own pristine, white sandy beach, snorkel your protected reef, or enjoy a refreshing swim in your own private pool. The house is fully equipped with two full size washers and dryers, pool floats and beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, corn hole boards, and a generous supply of snorkeling equipment for all ages and sizes.
Sip a tropical cocktail while sitting on the large sundeck as the sun sets into a glorious starry evening. Count shooting stars, watch a beautiful sunrise, or take a long walk beside the calm, warm and inviting Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the large, gingerbread trimmed front porch on a rainy afternoon while reading a book or sipping a cocktail.
The Pink Beach House is located just 40 minutes from the capital of George Town and all it's attractions, or just a short drive to the wonderful Rum Point Resort, world famous Stingray City, The Kaibo Yacht Club at Cayman Kai as well as Starfish Point, The Botanical Gardens, and The Mastic Trail, where you can hike or take guided nature walks. Rum Point’s beautiful beach and resort has just completed a major renovation. The newly built restaurant and bar with entertainment venue, renovated gift shop and Red Sail Sports Dive Shop are now open and ready to enjoy. There's plenty of parking so stop by and grab a picnic table or chaise lounge to enjoy lunch or a Mudslide. Schedule one of many excursions Red Sail Sports has to offer directly from the Rum Point dock including daily trips to Stingray City. Enjoy fresh fish prepared daily at a number of the award winning local restaurants including Kaibo Upstairs, Rum Point Restaurant, Over The Edge, and Tukka, the Rum Point Wreck Bar and Grill and the Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill.
The Pink Beach House is professionally furnished and decorated in gorgeous Caribbean décor and colors. The first floor Master Bedroom boasts an oversized walk-in shower and his and her sinks. This master also offers his and her closets. Doors open directly onto the pool deck to take full advantage of the breathtaking views of the beautiful Caribbean.
Two second floor bedrooms, one King and one Twin-bedded with the option to convert to a King, offer en-suite bathrooms with tubs as well as showers and, of course, the wonderful ever changing views of the Caribbean.
The new in 2017 kitchen has granite countertops and upgraded stainless appliances. It is thoroughly equipped for preparing and serving meals at home. The dining room overlooks the pool deck. Dine out under the stars or inside overlooking the pool, beach and Caribbean Sea. This is truly a spectacular property with countless Five Star Reviews and an extensive history of returning guests.
Located in North Side, this vacation home is on the beach. While the natural beauty of Grand Cayman Beaches and Governor's Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Port of Georgetown.
