Spectacular sunsets and incredible views of surrounding mountains from this beautiful single story home which features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floor plan, with split primary suite and if you love to golf it’s located on the North side of Rancho Manana Golf Course and just a few short blocks to downtown Cave Creek, where you will find shops, restaurants, and galleries! You will enjoy the entertaining back patio and courtyard, plus it has separate RV access and parking. Enjoy tons of hiking at nearby Black Mountain and Spur Cross Conservation Park or boating at two nearby lakes.
The living room has a leather sofa, 2 chairs and and 55"” Smart TV w/ Streaming Services ONLY. The dining area has seating for 6 plus 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals during your stay; kitchen utensils, cookware, fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and a traditional & Keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator or enjoy grilling burgers or steaks on the back patio that’s just off the living room. The back patio has outdoor seating, 2 gas fire pits to enjoy on those cooler evenings and a gas BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking needs!
The master bedroom is off the living room and features a King size bed, chair, 55" Smart TV w/ Streaming Services ONLY and a private bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower, separate garden tub and walk in closet. Guest bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds and guest bedroom #2 has a King size bed, chair, 32" TV w/ Streaming Services ONLY and a walk in closet.
The guest bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo and there is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
