The living room is bright and clean with views of the pool area. It is the perfect space to relax or catch up with family and friends. There is a flat screen TV with Roku for your preferred programming.

Bonus sunroom with couch and tv area extends the living space.

Spacious kitchen is well-equipped to whip up a perfect Palm Springs brunch. The breakfast bar seats 4 guests and the modern dining table accommodates 4 guests.

The home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Enjoy the covered patio with seating area. There is a dining table with seating for 4. Grill up a delicious dinner on the propane gas BBQ grill. Take a swim in the pool and a soak in the hot tub while watching a beautiful Palm Springs sunset.

Parking: You may park in the driveway or on the street. The garage is used for private belongings so will be locked/not accessible.

Pool: Please note that the pool is serviced twice a week. We cannot control what day(s) and time(s) they arrive. It is very possible the pool company may arrive during your stay. Regular maintenance of the pool is important and we are unable to reschedule the pool service around our guest's stays. You will not have to let them in the front door. They access the pool from the side gate/yard.

The responsible party making this reservation must be 28 years or older. All vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. All occupants must adhere to and respect the City of Cathedral City and the strict noise ordinances. No music and/or musical instruments are to be played outdoors. Any music played indoors is to be kept at a mild to moderate volume. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Any violations due to violation of noise ordinances or otherwise, are assumed by the responsible party making the rental reservation.

Disclosure: There is an exterior security camera system that records and stores audio and video in the front and back of the home at the patio, pool and spa areas. This is for security and liability reasons of the home having a pool. There is also a video door lock/door bell system in place. There are two video recording devices inside the home that you can unplug when there (or cover up whatever you prefer) for security monitoring when the home is vacant.

Located in Cathedral City, this vacation home is in the city center. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Cimarron Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Palm Springs Convention Center and Palm Springs Lanes. Palm Springs Swim Center and Boomers Palm Springs are also worth visiting.
