A private front courtyard with a fire pit is an ideal location for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The second floor has two spacious ensuite bedrooms with a separate laundry room. The principal suite features a king-size bed, a 65” smart television, a workspace, a walk-in closet, and a large walk-in shower with double vanities. Wireless blue tooth technology will ensure you have a peaceful night's sleep. Wake up view of the mountains and green space. The second ensuite bedroom features a queen size bed, 50" Smart TV, a workstation, walk-out balcony with stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

This is your complete private oasis, and guests have full access to the entire home except for a small downstairs office. A small dog (under 10 pounds) is welcome. Sorry, no cats.

The gated community also features a heated pool and spa, restrooms, and showers.

Location. The home is located on the edge of south Palm Springs and Cathedral City and is within walking distance of the Target Shopping Center, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and UPS Store.
