Main Floor
A large open plan living room with hardwood floors, 50" TV, and modern furnishings is great for relaxing in. The dining room seats six and opens onto a long open patio complete with BBQ to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
The well equipped contemporary kitchen with granite counters, gas range, stainless steel appliances, pull-out faucet, stainless steel sink, and loads of counter space and storage, makes meal prep and cleanup simple. And an oversized island is perfect for less formal meals. '
The main floor office with it's large executive style desk, high-speed internet, filing cabinet, sofa, and bookcase make working from home a pleasure.
Second Floor
The spacious Master Bedroom, its king-sized bed, quality cotton linens, huge walk-in closet and dresser make getting to sleep so easy. While the large ensuite bathroom supplied with fresh towels, a double sink quartz vanity, bath with shower, toilet and large linen closet make it easy to get ready fast on those busy mornings.
Bedroom 2, has a double bed, large built-in closet, mirrored dresser and convenient chair.
Bedroom 3, two twin beds, large built-in closet, tall dresser
Bathroom 2, bath, shower, double sink quartz vanity, toilet + linen closet allows for more than one person to get ready at the same time
Office #2 is a separate dedicated space with two desks providing a great second space for work, study or playing computer games
Basement
900+sqft Unfinished basement/ partly furnished basement can be used to exercise, lounge or play in on those colder Colorado days
