This cozy cabin is a fisherman/outdoorsman's dream getaway. Hat Creek runs through the backside of this beautiful property. Cabin sits in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to world class fishing such as Pit River, Fall River, Baum Lake, Crystal Lake, Big Lake, Lake Britton. Burney falls is only a 15 minute drive. Pacific Crest Trail, Subway Caves. Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen in close proximity. A one hour drive to Mount Shasta Ski Park for winter fun, including sledding, Ice skating and skiing. Not recommended for little ones, as Hat creek and a rocky ledge are only steps from the backdoor.

Located in Cassel, this cabin is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Intermountain Fair is a local attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park and Ahjumawi Lava Springs State Park. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
