Step inside Sunrise Cottage and immediately feel at ease, in the Primary Bedroom, featuring a flat-screen TV, direct access to the private outdoor firepit, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower and vanity. Custom built-in closets and storage ensure plenty of space for your belongings.
Across the hall, you'll find a convenient half bathroom for guests' use. Continue through the house to discover the spacious kitchen, overlooking the tranquil pond and dining room. Equipped with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as an extra spacious fridge, the kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and stocking up on groceries. The dining area comfortably seats 6, providing a cozy space for shared meals and conversation.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room exudes warmth and charm, with board games, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace and exposed beams throughout. Accessible from both the kitchen and living room, the wrap-around porch offers covered lounging areas with a heater, a built-in propane/charcoal grill, and stunning views of the pond and surrounding landscape.
Descend the spiral staircase to the lower level, where you'll find a guest bedroom and bonus room, both sharing a full bathroom with a combo tub/shower. The guest bedroom features a spacious king bed, ample storage, and sliding glass doors leading to the private backyard and pond. The bonus room offers additional sleeping space with a queen pull-out sofa and a bonus wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings indoors.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
