• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Please make sure all belongings are removed from the house and the fridge is completely cleaned out. all lights in and outside of the property are shut off.
• Bring all of your trash to the barrels at the top of the hill, place all trash in trash bags, then into cans with the lid securely fastened. all doors and windows locked, sliders and front doors.
• Propane gas tank on grill is shut off. all outdoor water toys are stored properly on the side of the home on the rack ( kayaks, paddle boards, etc)
