A cute single story bungalow that's quaint, comfortable and just 5 minute easy stroll to Downtown Cary. Academy Street is THE place to be! Cary is a growing, little town in North Carolina. Only 20 minutes to RDU airport, Close to Colleges, PNC arena- for concerts and sporting events. Great central location! Stroll into DT Cary or simply relax on the swing seat in the private yard. Everything is provided for your comfort (lines, towels, washing products, trash bags, cloths, cleaning sprays, and more) There is a cute living room area , with smart TV, and a work station in a separate room if you are on a work trip! The area is residential and all my guests love the vibe of the home, near to the town and train station.
