Forest views with Hwy 67 frontage. Open boat storage with fish cleaning station and boat cleaning facilities, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, freezer for your largest catch (freezer in the boat barn was damaged by Hurricane Helene and is not yet replaced). Back entrance to the property with rock road to the front entrance - no need to back the boat to park! Reasonable small dogs welcome!
High speed internet available with Apple TV box with wide range of apps for your login and Apple Airplay to also connect. Office corner in MBR with large high resolution TV/monitor, desk, desk chair, and full service color printer with paper. Please bring printer cartridges HP 952 or 952XL and extra paper for excessive use.
The property owner may be on site in the RV out back. Please let us know if you need anything.
The pass through road runs from the back entrance off of West St. between the house and boat barn to the front of the property and onto Hwy 67.

Located in Carrabelle, this vacation home is on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Island View Park and Carrabelle Beach, while Carrabelle History Museum and Camp Gordon Johnston Museum are cultural highlights. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and ecotours nearby.
