Less than 4 miles to the nearest boat ramp and less than 10 miles to town where you can find great restaurants, unique stores, and our local grocery market. Relax on the balcony in the afternoons where you can watch the sun set and witness local wildlife, including manatees, fish, dolphins, and a variety of birds. There is a beautiful beach park just 11.5 miles west.

The living room is cozy and has a perfect view of the water as well as the kitchen, which is fully stocked, if you choose to stay in and cook. Popular amenities include a standard coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The living room has extra sleeping space featuring a queen size pull-out sofa and a futon.
