A second Queen bedroom offers private access to an ocean-facing deck and uses a nearby hall bathroom. Every space is tastefully appointed with relaxing tones, plush bedding, and beach-inspired decor to set the mood for your getaway.

The second floor houses two luxurious King suites, both with en suite bathrooms and one with access to a private balcony—ideal for morning coffee with a sunrise view. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this level.

The garage is reserved for storage but stocked with fun extras for beach days, and there’s even a 14-30 Tesla/EV charger ready for your electric vehicle (There are no public charging stations on the island). Parking: Parking for three cars. Garage for storage only.
Prohibited: Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
