Welcome to your luxury stay on the Lake boasting views from every level. This location can't be beat! This home is directly on the lake on a quiet private road; only 2 blocks from beach and .7 miles to the boardwalk.
This custom home includes an elevator, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). A massive fully appointed kitchen with views overlooking the lake. Space for the whole family!
Enter the home from the covered parking area with space for 4 cars, into a enclosed foyer with a gorgeous white oak staircase and first floor elevator that will take you to each level making bring in groceries, suitcases etc very easy.
THE SECOND FLOOR includes two primary bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a QUEEN size bed, custom walk in shower with spacious vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and enjoying your morning coffee.
Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, its own private bathroom with tub and big sky views of the wetlands.
The second floor is also where the washer and dryer are located.
THE THIRD FLOOR includes three bedrooms:
Bedroom #3 has TWO TWIN sized beds with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 features two custom built in bunk beds (4 total twin beds) with shelving ( a fun and inviting space for kids).
Bedroom #5 has 2 QUEEN size beds and views overlooking the big sky wetlands.
THE TOP FLOOR: Is your entertaining space! This large open floor plan includes an oversized well stocked kitchen, a large dining area with views of the Lake and the town of CB. A cozy living room with a large deck that towers over the lake, park with views of the ocean.
Located directly on Carolina Beach Lake on a PRIVATE ROAD. This makes parking and accessing the home a breeze.
Carolina Beach Lake is a .7 mile loop great for walking, biking and birding. It includes a playground with swings, paddle boats, and more!
We have unobstructed views of the weekly summer CB firework show! A .2 mile walk to the friday night movie night in CB Lake Park.
.2 miles to the 'Lake Public Beach Access'.
.1 miles to the Veggie Wagon; a market that sells deli sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, wine & beer, ice cream and much more.
A .7 mile walk to the boardwalk safely along the lake and then directly on sidewalks. No need to deal with Carolina Beach road traffic or crossings
