Outside, you’ll love all the space! The attached lot is fully yours to enjoy, swim, and play! There’s a private poolside bathroom, an outdoor shower, a picnic table, an outdoor bar, plenty of seating, and a gas grill. The house also features two large decks and a shady lanai—ideal for afternoon lounging, reading, or watching the big game on the smart TV. Best of all, you’re just a 1-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll along the shore to the popular Tiki Bar & Grill.

Step inside to find a welcome basket waiting for you on the bright, open main floor with vaulted ceilings, comfy seating, a smart TV, and a cozy propane fireplace. The living room includes a full-size pullout sofa, while the kitchen and dining area feature a bar-height counter, a wine fridge, an oversized dining table, and sun-filled windows—perfect for a gathering or game night.
Downstairs is a kid-favorite hangout, “Turtley Awesome”—a spacious bedroom/playroom with triple bunk beds, extra beds, games, beanbags, and a smart TV. The attached garage has ping-pong, room for beach gear, and is stocked with a wagon, chairs, an umbrella, towels, and bikes for cruising Carolina Beach’s bike paths. You’ll also find a large washer and dryer for easy laundry days.
Upstairs, the primary suite, “Crab-ulous,” is your private retreat, featuring a king bed, en-suite bath with a huge shower and dual sinks, a walk-in closet, and direct, private access to the upper sundeck. A perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
At the top level, a fully equipped office with dual monitors and fast Wi-Fi makes working remotely easy—though we recommend skipping the emails and heading to the pool or beach just steps away.
