The space
This charming, single-level home is ideal for large groups, family vacations, holidays, or weekend getaways. Designed with a modern beach aesthetic, the home boasts fresh decor and is thoughtfully equipped for comfort and convenience. With fully stocked linens, essentials, and kitchenware, it’s perfect for those looking to kick back in style.

* Open-Concept Living: A spacious living area for gathering, featuring a 65” 4K UHD Smart TV with access to popular streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBO, and more). Board games are also available for family fun on rainy days.
* Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're cooking up a feast or grabbing takeout, the kitchen has you covered. It includes everything you need, plus a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, creamers, tea bags, snacks.
* Master Suite: A serene retreat with a king-sized bed, a 60” smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a jetted spa tub for two, as well as a walk-in shower.
* Two Additional Bedrooms: Perfect for families or friends, the first bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with a twin-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a king-sized bed. Both rooms are equipped with 40" roku tvs.
* Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms stocked with resort-style H2O Therapy products: shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for every guest.

Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views. A large outdoor patio overlooks the backyard and pool area, providing plenty of seating for dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the beauty of your surroundings. The pool box is stocked with everything you need for fun in the sun, and there’s a private outdoor shower for your convenience. A gas grill is also available for use (guests are responsible to refill the propane tank).

Additional Amenities:
* Washer & Dryer: In-home laundry facilities are available (detergent not provided).
* Wi-Fi: 250 Mbps high-speed internet with excellent coverage throughout the home, ideal for up to 10 devices.
* Parking: Space for 4 medium-sized cars in the driveway.

Housekeeping & Maintenance:
* Pool cleaning is performed twice a week.
* Landscaping is scheduled bi-weekly, on Sunday or Monday.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home, with the exception of the locked garage. You'll enjoy a seamless, contact-free check-in process with keyless entry. Prior to your arrival, we’ll send you an access code for easy entry.
Other things to note
We highly recommend that guests purchase trip insurance through a 3rd party company. This can provide protection in the event of bad weather or any other issue beyond the host's control.

***Please note that currently there may be some daytime noise due to construction taking place behind the house.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

***Visitors
- If you wish to have visitors over, that is any person not on the original booking, then you need to advise us through the platform and this is subject to approval.
- No visitor is allowed on the property after 9pm, any person wishing to stay after 9pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.

Trash pick-up is every Tuesday morning. If your stay includes Monday night, please place the trash bins by the mailbox for pick-up. If your stay extends through Wednesday, kindly return the bins to the side of the house after collection.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- No smoking around or anywhere near the premises.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- This house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by local residents. In order to respect these permanent residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for parties. in the event nearby neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict quiet hours between 9:00 pm - 7:00am. Backyard and front yard restricted between these hours.

It's our obligation that you, the guest is aware of these rules before you book. We want you to have the best time possible and need to make sure this will be a good fit for you and our locals.
