Peaceful family beach home, recently updated, freshly painted and features a huge kitchen with plenty of chef's tools, living room with large screen TV, and formal dining room. Outdoor space includes a cozy screened in back porch, deck with a Wilmington Grill (gas), and a great sized fenced in backyard (for the island). Upstairs has a spectacular master suite that is highlighted by a custom master bathroom with a large dual headed shower, two additional bedrooms, and a washer/dryer. Home office, one small closet, and the main garage will not be accessible. There is a nice shed that will be available for renter use and stocked with plenty of beach goodies; along with additional storage in rear garage.
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, and close to all of the wonderful things Carolina Beach has to offer. Conveniently located walking/biking distance to downtown Carolina Beach, restaurants, bars, parks, hiking trails, the beach, and a brewery with disc golf course.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Carolina Beach Arcade are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
