This three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is designed for relaxation and convenience, with canal views, multiple decks, and a private boat dock. With complimentary WiFi, central heating and air, Ship Faced ensures comfort year-round. You’ll have ample parking, with space for three cars in the garage and additional driveway parking for two. Take advantage of the outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day on the water, and fire up the gas grill for a canal-front cookout.
The first floor opens to a spacious living area, complete with seating for eight, a flat-screen TV with cable, and access to a canal-side deck where you can enjoy tranquil waterfront views. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, featuring a dining table for six, additional bar seating for two, and modern appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, flat cooktop stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The home also includes a convenient laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
Each bedroom is designed with relaxation in mind. The master suite features a queen bed, cable TV, and access to a private deck on the street side, along with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and shares a street-side deck with the third bedroom, which is furnished with a twin and full bed.
