This cute and cozy 1BR condo is located at Courtyard at Seascapes, a complex situated right by the beach. Relax on two private balconies, one with a glimpse of the ocean. This condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The bedroom has a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony with a bistro table for two. Enjoy a glimpse of the ocean right from your room.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, a separate water closet with single vanity, and a second vanity in the bedroom. (The water closet can be accessed via the hallway or bathroom.)

The unheated community pool (6 deep) is open seasonally.

Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the carport. Additional parking may be available in the adjacent parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This single-story condo is located on the second floor and is accessed via a flight of external stairs. Elevators are not available.

Walk just 6 minutes to the ocean! Or find fun for the whole family at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Freeman Park is a dog-friendly park -- just an 8-minute walk, and the fishing pier is on the way.

A plethora of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities are available within a 1.5-mile radius. Other local attractions include Carolina Beach State Park and Wilmington Beach.
