***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****
PLEASE NOTE:
During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.
This home does NOT have AC.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the
home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

No parties or events
Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire
pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting
at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
This home has a max overnight occupancy of 10 guests!
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of
age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of
25
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.
***All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to
the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should
be signed within 48 hours***
Parking: 4 cars on driveway and 2 cars in the garage.
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
Located in Tahoe City, this vacation home is on a lake. Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kings Beach State Recreation Area and Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park. North Shore Parasail and Kings Beach Miniature Golf are also worth visiting.
