Summer brings access to nearby beaches, scenic hiking and biking trails, and water fun at Kings Beach and Tahoe City. The neighborhood is peaceful and well-maintained, ideal for a relaxing getaway.
Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore the area. While there’s no shuttle service within walking distance and access to the TART Connect, you’re within a 15-minute drive to beaches, trails, shops, and ski resorts. Drive cautiously in winter, especially during or after snowfall.
Other Things to Note:

— Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

— Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

— 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

— The home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera in the front entryway.
