Ideally located close to an endless network of trails and six ski areas, the home is fully equipped and boasts striking modern finishes.

The main level features:
- Queen bedroom with closet and en-suite bathroom (shower)
- Kitchen & dining area
- Great room with a television, fireplace and access to large deck.
- Deck features 4 Adirondack chairs, propane fire pit & lake views

Second level:
- Bonus area with a Queen memory foam pullout sofa bed and second television
- Queen bedroom with closet
- King bedroom with dresser and closet and door to upper deck.
- Large Bathroom with shower
- Laundry room
Other things to note
- This home is located right off of N. Lake Blvd which can be busy, especially during the summer months. Please expect some road noise. There are air purifiers and portable fans in each bedroom that can help with white noise.
- The large back yard is not currently fenced in.
- No pets please
- With the exception of the King bedroom, the 2 queen bedrooms are on the smaller side and cannot accommodate pack & plays, air mattresses or floor sleeping.
- Like most in the Tahoe area, this home does not have air conditioning.
- This home does not have central heating, but the home can be sufficiently warmed with the gas fireplace, bathroom heaters and Dyson space heaters.
Carnelian Bay is home to this vacation home. Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park and Sand Harbor. North Shore Parasail and Kings Beach Miniature Golf are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
