An overhead skylight fills the room with California sunshine. The second king room on the main floor, is large in size and looks out to the private court yard which is planted with BEAUTIFUL PINK HYDRANGEAS, BOUGAINVILLEA, ROSEMARY, & MINIATURE FRUIT TREES. Comfortable seating, overhead festive lighting and a gas grill make the courtyard an inviting atmosphere. The home is filled with MODERN ART, a wonderful contribution from the gentleman owner. The approaching balcony deck gives you a scenic overlook vista before you enter the DOUBLE QUEEN STUDIO consisting of a full bath, sitting area & kitchenette.
