Listen to the waves at night in this 1600 sq ft home with a cook's kitchen, a comfortable living room with a view of the ocean, two bedrooms upstairs, a separate 1 bedroom suite downstairs, and a backyard garden terrace for dining al fresco. Excellent location with a few minute walk to the beach and town.
Come for the month of August. You will be just a few blocks away from the entrance to Pebble Beach for the Concourse d'Elegance (Car Show)
We live in the area so will be available for any issues that may come up.
No smoking in the house or yard please and no pets. Maid service is available for a fee. The coastline south of Carmel is about as spectacular as it gets.
Please note you will be expected to sign a rental agreement.
Please note that Carmel-by-the-Sea requires a minimum of a 30 day stay. Shorter stays will not be accommodated.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Downtown Carmel, a neighborhood in Carmel. Pebble Beach Golf Links and Fisherman's Wharf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Carmel Beach and Monterey Bay.
