We call this home The Blue Pearl as it has a glistening ocean view by day and glowing sunset view at dusk. This home has the best outdoor deck for ocean view lovers! This cute bungalow style home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, quaintly nestled in the Carmel Forest six blocks to the ocean.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large closet with an extra chest and hangers. The private bathroom features a tub and a shower. There is a desk area that can provide you with a private area to update your laptop needs and send your "Wish You Were Here" emails. The fun fact about this room is you can access the deck anytime to enjoy our ocean views and experience the fresh sea air.

The guest bedroom has two gold lamps that are touch activated and have USB ports for phone charging if needed. The gold chair and table area also have charging capabilities for laptops and phones.

As you walk into the living room you will be greeted by a luxurious leather living room set all arranged to warm yourselves by a gas assist fire. The floors are all original wood, windows are double paned and all windows have blinds. There is a skylight in the living room that is not covered. We provide cable and streaming services for you to log into your accounts to watch your favorite series.

The dining area is close to the living room providing no loss of conversation while preparing meals together. The dining room has French doors that provide access to the large deck for your meal enjoyment. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare meals big or small. We have provided a mini coffee bar with sugars, coffee, teas, and hot chocolate. The coffee maker is drip style.

Saving the best for last is our expansive ocean view deck. It's like having a living room outside. Accessed by the dining room and by the master bedroom. There is comfortable seating, a firepit, and market lighting to give you the ambiance to enjoy life together with your friends and family. The umbrella is solar powered, as well. By day, a sun drenched deck serving any beach bum tan and by night, hosting tales of intrigue and laughter.

Rental Details

The Blue Pearl is located 5 blocks from downtown Carmel's famed Ocean Avenue, Art Galleries, Wine Tasting Rooms, and many 5-Star restaurants. Our neighborhood has many dog walkers as well as those who enjoy the outdoors. Stevenson private school is about a block away. Keep in mind to bring your tennis shoes, the streets in Carmel are uneven and any sort of high heels can be troublesome! Flashlights and lanterns are provided in the home, as Carmel does not have any street lights. Google maps is not accurate please contact us to confirm location if this is important to you.
