This is an ideal Carmel location just out of the fray, but close to all the restaurants and attractions of Carmel-by-the-Sea and central to everything on the Monterey Peninsula. A short 5-minute drive will get you downtown or to the beach. A 45-minute drive north brings you to Santa Cruz and Capitola, or 45 minutes south brings you to the wonders of Big Sur.

Located at the far end of this quiet complex, this 1,224 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is freshly furnished and appointed for your comfort. The High Meadows Terrace complex includes tennis courts and a pool in a beautiful, serene forested setting. The pool is available for swimming year-round and is heated from April-October each year.

The south-west facing unit has had recent updates with new flooring, windows & slider door, fixtures, paint, an updated kitchen including appliances and refreshed bathrooms.

The vaulted ceiling in the living room feels grand and spacious and it opens to a balcony with a small tabletop fire pit looking out into the trees.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and direct access to the enclosed patio space which is a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning.

Upstairs, both bedrooms each have a private en suite bathroom and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower over tub.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a small shower.

Downstairs, there is an attached one-car garage.
One car garage plus ample parking is available on the grounds. The entire complex is immaculately maintained.

Located in the Carmel school district. This vacation home is available on a monthly basis but can also be made available for guests who wish to stay for longer terms. Ask about discounted long term rates for stays of 6 months or longer.

Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
