Walk in shower, full kitchen and inside washer/dryer. Outdoor deck with table and chairs to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing Parking on Driveway (south driveway - see picture). Park next to my car or leave me a space for mine. Exterior beach shower. No Pets, No Drugs, No Smoking, No Parties and No additional guests without approval.
