This fully stocked kitchen includes brand-new luxury Dacor appliances, a 36" stove with 6 burners and a double oven, a built-in fridge with filtered water, and high-end cookware. Additional amenities: a Vitamix blender, Nespresso machine, Instapot, Cutco knives, KitchenAid mixer, Hexclad pans, Le Creuset cookware, and more. Double sliders open to both the side and front yards. There’s even a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

Wine Bar: The wine bar features wine glasses, plastic Jacuzzi-approved glasses, a bottle opener, playing cards, fire pit keys, an Airbnb binder, and an iPad for controlling indoor/outdoor stereo system zones.

Living Room: Relax in the living room with a 65" TV, full surround sound, and a subwoofer. A luxurious leather couch and pull-out bed are complemented by a concrete coffee table. Additional amenities include books, extra soft blankets, and a cozy ambiance perfect for short-term stays.

Primary Bedroom/Bath: Rest easy on a king-sized Brooklyn Bedding mattress with luxury Cariloha sheets. The room includes 2 nightstands, a full walk-in closet, and private balcony/backyard access. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like steam rain shower, mood lighting, a floating vanity with a single ramp sink, a lighted fogless mirror, and all bath essentials. There’s also a 55" TV, private A/C, heat, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains.
