Upstairs loft has a 47 inch television, office space, and ultra comfortable velvet pullout couch with memory foam mattress, third bedroom, and queen sized bed. Main guest bedroom is located downstairs with access to the spa-esque bathroom with shower and soaking tub, perfect after those long days.

Two outdoor patios, one off the master (referred to as the meditation space) and one off the living room with plenty of privacy trees, and outdoor grill, a fire pit, and a 6 person dining table. Commercial sized LG Signature front loading washer and dryer with pedestals are ready for use in the 1-car garage. Parking wide open and available in the garage (for smaller cars), in the driveway, or along the street. Beautifully green spaces and walking areas make taking the dog for long walks a pleasure.

With year round great weather, local shops, amenities, restaurants, and breweries nearby, Carlsbad is a great place for both families and singles. Walk to the beautiful Carlsbad lagoon, Ponto Beach, and Poinsettia Park all a short stroll away. Grab a beer or wine at the Carlsbad Camp Store and watch the sunset off the cliff near South Carlsbad State Beach.
