Indoor & Outdoor Living:
Unit C is located on the lower South side of the home, offering a peaceful and picturesque oceanfront setting. After a day in the sun, cozy up by the fireplace, take in the views from your private balcony, or fire up the BBQ for a relaxed evening meal. Outdoor Spaces include the spacious West-facing balcony – The best spot to take in the ocean views - and the front patio with Café table & BBQ – Ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Beyond your private space, enjoy the shared beachfront yard, which features chaise lounges, a firepit, and outdoor dining areas. It’s the perfect place to soak up the ocean breeze and fully embrace beachside living.

- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home, like many in the area, is NOT equipped with Air conditioning.

Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.
