Bright, airy, and wonderfully spacious, this single-level townhouse in Carefree awaits your next desert escape. In this beautiful, polished community, you'll be treated to your own shaded patios and access to a refreshing swimming pool at the community clubhouse.
Upon entering this ground-floor townhome, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, and a private laundry room to your immediate left. Passing through a desert-inspired foyer will bring you into the main living area - an open and breezy space with soft carpeting, a stucco fireplace, and a large sectional sofa positioned in front of a streaming-capable flatscreen TV.
To one side of the living room is a dining room table with seats for six and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. To the other are glass doors that lead outside to the first shaded patio, a delightful place to recline in a rocking chair with a cold drink in hand. The primary bedroom suite enjoys access to the same patio, while both guest bedrooms have access to a second patio.

Located in Carefree, this vacation home is in the mountains. Cave Creek Museum and Desert Foothills Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Desert Forest Golf Club and Boulders Golf Club. Frontier Town and Wild at Heart are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
