There's room for everyone in this 3752 square foot home- it has a large main level patio with comfortable patio furniture, a big upstairs deck , and there's an amazing rec room with a Ping Pong table, FoosBall and Air Hockey games. Sleeps 10 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 2 doubles in a *bunk bed frame*, a twin mattress with fluffy mattress topper that you can move to any bedroom, and a twin in the fun little nook off of the game room -that one is not a private "bedroom" ). Open floorplan main level makes it easy to gather, cook and socialize. Dining room table seats 8 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. Well-appointed kitchen full of pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, and plenty of dishes and glasses. Situated on almost 7 acres, with a large flat back yard off the patio, you have views of the entire Roaring Fork Valley and the wide Mountain Range. Only 5 minutes to Highway 82, Whole Foods and City Market groceries, the local movie theatre etc... and less than 30 minutes to the ski slopes. Every room in this house is beautiful- with contemporary finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen, and big windows filled with Mt Sopris vistas. Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, two sinks and accesses the upstaris deck. On that same hall, there is a sunny corner bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower bath and access to the upstairs deck. On the other side of the house, in the rec room wing, there is a queen bedroom and also a bunk bedroom with 2 double beds. Comfortable beds in each bedroom- appointed with fresh cotton sheets, comforters with cotton duvet covers, new pillows and fluffy mattress toppers. Linens, towels, guest toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are provided for guests. The home is stocked with board games and many "vacation reads" are piled throughout the home for you to enjoy. 2 car garage for guest use. Wifi internet and 2 tvs that are ready for streaming. PLEASE NOTE: After you have reserved the property online, you will be sent a rental contract to sign. IN THE WINTER, A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE is needed- the driveway is plowed when it snows, but it has some incline on it.

Willits Town Center and Snowmass Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Roaring Fork River and Cattle Creek.
