Only 50 yards from the beach, Captiva Escapade has one of the largest heated pools on the island that gets sun nearly all day and is fully renovated for a modern look and feel. Large windows let in lots of daylight, giving the house a bright, cheerful essence. Outside, you'll enjoy the expansive lanai, which continues under the shelter of the house for a cool retreat from the heat at midday. There's also a spacious sundeck off the dining room that faces west toward the beach and has a large grill, a dining table, and lounge chairs. The upstairs master bedroom opens to an east-facing deck, great for morning sunshine or afternoon shade.

This Captiva Island vacation rental is convenient to the Green Flash Restaurant, Captiva Library, Chapel by the Sea, and only a short walk to the Captiva Village, known for its eclectic dining & shopping.
