North Captiva Island is accessible only by private boat, private plane or by ferry! Check In is at 4 PM or thereafter and Check Out is by 9AM. Please make sure to book your home and observe these check in and check out times PRIOR TO booking travel as earlier or late check outs are not available on same day vacation home turnovers. Please also note Ferries are paid by the guests and parking is paid by the guests at the Marina and is not included in the home reservation. Please note Trip Insurance is always encouraged and all guests must complete and return the homeowners vacation rental agreement prior to their stay. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in North Captiva, a neighborhood in Captiva. Barbara Sumwalt Useppa Island Historical Museum and Barbara Sumwalt Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Captiva Chapel By the Sea and Boca Grande Lighthouse Museum. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
