Step into the main house, where a newly renovated kitchen boasts Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, quartzite countertops, and a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Comfortable sofas and chairs, along with games, puzzles, and books, create a welcoming space for all ages. Floor-to-ceiling windows and an expansive deck frame breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the uncrowded white sand beach. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, a private porch overlooking the beach and pines, and a marble-tiled master bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, each with two twin beds, share a marble-tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. A pull-out sofa in the sunroom accommodates extra guests.
