Unwind at the new poolside bar with seating for seven, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and sink - all just steps from your heated private pool.

Built on a rare double lot, this home offers total privacy and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Pine Island Sound, Cayo Costa, and Captiva. The observation deck is one of the highest points on the island - perfect for breathtaking sunsets and stargazing.

The nearest airport is Fort Myers (RSW) or Punta Gorda (PGD). From there, enjoy a short drive to the marina and a scenic ferry ride to your tropical escape. Our property team will greet you at the dock, transport your bags, and help you settle in.
