All new furnishings in this bright, beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three-bathroom Captiva village home. This home has partial Bay views at the end of a quiet lane near the bay. Turtle Cottage is centrally located to everything Captiva has to offer. Walk into the bright and charming second floor with soaring ceilings, an open living room, and an open large kitchen. The screen-enclosed lanai has comfortable furnishings with partial Bay views. The floor also features the master bathroom suite with attractive coastal décor, a king bedroom, and an attached full bathroom. Relax in the sunroom with comfy chairs to sit, relax, read a book, and enjoy the tropical sights and sounds. This floor also has a full guest bathroom. The first-floor lower level is accessed from the outside and has two bedrooms with a full bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two adorable twin beds with a nautical theme. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a small patio to enjoy the island atmosphere. A large bathroom, large laundry room, and small kitchenette make this lower level perfect for extended family or friends.

At the end of Old Lodge Lane, this charming and open home is the perfect location to relax after a day on the beach. A short walk to Andy Rosse Lane, where you can shop, dine, or listen to live music. Access the beach from Andy Rosse Lane or Laika Lane, a short walk from Turtle Cottage.
