This property comfortably accommodates a party of 6, featuring a King bed in the master quarters, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Marina Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds.
The unit is located within a five minute drive to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping.
Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.
