High-end furnishings, warm Koa wood floors, and luxurious cotton linens ensure restful nights and peaceful mornings.

The master bedroom offers sweeping ocean views from three sides—you may even catch glimpses of dolphins or whales from your bed. All bedrooms are generously sized, complete with custom-built closets, seating areas, and plenty of natural light.

SPECIAL TERMS & GOOD TO KNOW:

Important, please READ ALL BEFORE you book (!!!)

This is a non-smoking unit. You may smoke outside in the area we point out, but you are strictly prohibited from smoking inside or on the porches or balconies! A $500 fee applies if a cigarette smell is detected.

Please be aware that there are (friendly) pets on the property, and therefore, it is not suited for individuals who are allergic to or frightened of dogs or cats.

This home offers an inside/outside lifestyle, and Hawaii is a tropical environment. Therefore, you will see geckos and (rarely) other harmless critters that you may not be used to. Geckos are cute, and most guests love them, but they also leave droppings here and there. Please come with an awareness that you are going to be in Hawaii, where nature and men commingle more than in the city. We ensure to always have the rental pristine, clean, and all surfaces disinfected before you arrive, but please be prepared that you may need to clean your surfaces more during your stay due to this fact.

While children are most welcome, please be aware that they need to be supervised at all times. The pool area and hot tub, balconies, and property boundaries are not especially secured for small children/ toddlers.

We (the owners) live in the studio below and are there to accommodate any and all of your needs. There are two other vacation rentals on the property that share the common areas, such as the pool and the lawn/BBQ area.

By booking this property, you agree not to hold the owners responsible for any accidents that result from you or your children using the "Halani" facilities or being on "Halani" property.

Warning:
Please be aware that in the late afternoon on a clear, sunny day, the Hot Tub may be uncomfortably HOT. Check the thermometer under the small white round cover on the ocean side of the Hot Tub. 106 degrees or higher is not recommended. Add cold water with the hose until the temperature is below 105 degrees. About 10 minutes.

Located in Opihihale, a neighborhood in Captain Cook, this apartment is in a rural area and near the beach. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and Manuka State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bay View Farm and Big Island Bees. Manuka State Wayside Park and Amy B.H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain climbing nearby.
