House sits on the bluff, and every room is designed to take advantage of the spectacular views. The indoor-outdoor lifestyle is fantastic. Large outdoor patio and lawn faces ocean with several seating areas. There are two sectionals for conversation and cocktails, chairs around the firepit, dining set, and a lounge for tanning. The entire first floor has an open floor plan with views of the Bay-- you will see nothing but water!
Living decor is chic. Modern mixed with glam. A gas burning fireplace will keep you cozy and 55' flat screen SmartTV is perfect for late night movies. Beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for entertaining.
Master suite is Zen! A king bed faces huge windows open to the ocean on both sides of the room. Fall asleep listening to the lap of the waves. Guest room with a new queen bed is a peaceful white, with gorgeous breathtaking views. Children's room has two trundle beds. So, sleeping for 2 easily converts to sleeping for 4. Kids also have their own 40' SmartTV for in-bed movies! Even the kids have a view!
4th bedroom, has a Queen bed. Windows line the wall with nothing but ocean blue. Watch surfers from dusk til dawn. This room also has a 40' SmartTV.
This house is ideal for a quiet retreat, an artist's escape and inspiration, or a great spot to "work from home" for a month, while you and your family enjoy all that Capitola and the surrounding areas have to offer.
Located in Capitola, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Mystery Spot and Roaring Camp Railroads are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Monterey Bay and Capitola Beach. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
