This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home is absolutely the best of what we have to offer! Located directly across from Angel Rock on 4 private acres of wooded land, it offers tons of privacy, yet guests have use of all Angel Rock facilities, (including the regulation outdoor shuffleboard court, heated saltwater in ground pool, sand volleyball court, fishing pier and dock area).
It features fabulous custom birch kitchen cabinetry with granite countertops and large island with 4 counter chairs, a locally made 10’ dining table with 10 chairs, plus a custom designed bar cabinet with both mini can fridge and dual zone wine cooler. The well equipped kitchen has slate colored appliances including side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with convection oven and microwave oven/hood. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender & crock pot.
The downstairs master suite has a king sized bed and an immaculate en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub plus tiled walk in shower with 6 body jets. Upstairs, there are three queen bedrooms and one king bedroom. The king room and one queen room share a duplex bath which has dual vanities and a pocket door that separates the lavatory and combination tub/shower from the vanity area. Each of the other two queen rooms have en-suite baths with rounded glass corner showers. All bedrooms include walk-in closets, a dresser and a flat screen TV.
Flat screen TVs are also located in the kitchen, living room and basement recreation room. There is a fireplace in both the living room and in the fully finished basement recreation room. The well appointed rec room includes a 14 foot shuffleboard table, regulation size pool table, dart board, cabinet stocked with board games, books & puzzles, refrigerator/ bar area, a high top table with 4 chairs, a recliner, coffee & end tables and two sleeper sofas.
From the amazing 30’ by 10’ screened in porch, you’ll have access to a large stamped concrete patio with an L-shaped outdoor kitchen – stainless steel gas grill, mini fridge and sink, plus bar seating for 6 – along with the lovely back yard surrounded by exposed local limestone rock. Other outdoor amenities include a private camp fire pit, a badminton net, horseshoe pits and a children’s play area. Additional features of this home include a 2 car garage, plenty of onsite parking, wireless internet, cable TV, a laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink, central air/heat, and an office nook for those who can’t quite get away from it all…
Things to note: Beds are freshly made prior to your arrival. Guests are required to supply their own towels – bath, kitchen and pool – as well as toiletries and paper products. This home is best suited for 10 people with a maximum of 14.
Located in Cape Vincent, this vacation home is near theme parks and near a water park. Fort Henry is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Ontario and Kingston Waterfront. Corn Maze On Wolfe Island and Gananoque Boat Line are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
