First floor features a three season porch, a sitting room with TV and a sleeper loveseat that sleeps one. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, There is a renovated hall bath with shower, The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located adjacent to the large family room with sliding glass doors that lead to the rear yard for outdoor grilling on either a charcoal or gas grill. There is a flat screen TV in the family room and one in the front sitting room. The first floor also has a laundry/slash mud room. The upstairs features a primary bedroom with a private bath with shower and a private deck that over looks the rear yard. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a private deck that overlooks the front yard. The fourth bedroom has one set of bunk beds with two queen mattresses. There is a renovated hall bath with dual sinks and a very large walk-in shower. Located an easy walk to the lighthouse and state park. Off-street parking for two cars. One dog of 40 pounds, or less, is allowed for a $175 pet fee. Fireplace cannot be used.
