There is also a laundry room / hall bathroom on the first floor in addition to the kitchen, dining room, and living room.On the second floor there are three bedrooms. One has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. Lastly, the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is an additional pullout queen-sized sofa bed and twin trundle bed in the living space at the rear of the second floor. The third floor has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom; additionally there are two mini-cribs stored on the third floor that guests can use during their stay.Property has light quilts for tenants to use during their stay if they do not wish to bring their own blankets. All guests must bring their own linens/sheets and both bath/beach towels to use during their stay.All bookings and lease payments are handled by Coastline Realty LLC for 114 Decatur Street.
