Enjoy your Florida vacation which leaves in the completely renovated in 2013 Villa 'Sunshine Paradise' nothing to be desired.
The house offers a large saltwater pool with spa
(Elec. Heated) and a south-facing terrace. Outside, of course there is a gas grill available, as well a table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers for relaxation - hours by the pool.

The house is provided in the living area and bathrooms with easy-care Ceramischen tiles, the kitchen has all the usual appliances, and granite countertops (worktops).
