We are delighted to welcome you to our vacation rental, our favorite place on earth. This gorgeous villa includes 4-bedrooms plus a den(offering 5 private sleeping areas) and 4 bathrooms, Newer AC and pool equipment to ensure your stay is seamless. The home features multiple sliders opening to a beautiful screened-in lanai with a heated pool and hot tub. The outdoor area also includes a tiki hut, a dock where you can dock your boat or boat rental on the outside finger, a kayak dock with 2 kayaks included, and a patio area with Adirondack seating. For your entertainment, the lanai offers a large table that seats 8 and a sitting area with a television, perfect for watching sports while the kids swim or enjoying a late-night movie. Inside, you will find a huge kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a beverage cooler, all open to a dining area and a family room with a large sectional. There is also a great room with views of the pool, tiki, and the canal. The den is stocked with books, games, and puzzles; there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We also include 5 bikes, pool toys, hook-toss game on lanai, and games like corn-hole and pool basketball for your enjoyment. We are located a few blocks from Cape Harbour Marina’s shopping and restaurants—an easy walk, bike, or boat ride away. If you are interested in exploring the Gulf, we are about a 10-minute boat ride to Manatee Mile. Please feel free to ask me about local boat rental places if you would like to visit Sanibel, Pine Island, Ft Myers Beach, or Captiva Islands.
