Welcome to Casa Colada, my single-level home in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood. It's built for an easy Southwest Florida getaway, with a private heated pool at the center of it all. It's made for families and groups, and just as good for a longer stay, with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a chef's kitchen, and a covered lanai with a grill. No stairs anywhere in the home, and the beaches, marinas, and Cape Harbour dining are a short drive. I'm Steve, your host, and I can't wait to have you.

Casa Colada sits in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood near Cape Coral Parkway, an easy home base for the best of Southwest Florida. Spend your days on the water, boating, kayaking, fishing, or out at the beaches, and your evenings at local restaurants, waterfront dining, and marinas close by. Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, and Matlacha are all day-trip close when you want to explore.

You have the full home, the private pool, the covered lanai, the outdoor dining area, the laundry, and driveway parking. Locked owner closets, storage, mechanical areas, and service areas are not included in the rental.

There's room to relax inside and out. The open-concept living room flows into the kitchen and dining, with large sofas and a chef's kitchen built around a big island. The master bath has a soaker tub, double vanity, and stand-up shower; a second full bath opens to the pool; and there's a half bath for convenience. No stairs anywhere in the home.

The outdoor space is the highlight: a heated private pool, a covered lanai with a grill and outdoor heaters, and plenty of lounge and dining space.

Getting to what you came for is easy here, it's just built for Florida. The beaches, marinas, Cape Harbour dining, and day trips to Fort Myers or Sanibel are all a short, scenic drive, and your car is handled with free driveway parking right at the home. Most guests drive here; rideshare is available but lighter than in a big city.

Pool and Safety: The home has a private pool that is not fenced by default, so children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. A temporary pool safety fence may be available by advance request. Please confirm it with me before arrival.

Vendors: Pool, lawn, and pest vendors may access the exterior areas during daytime hours. I do my best to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Grill: The gas grill is available for your use. Please bring your own propane tank and clean the grill after use.

Pets: Pets are welcome with advance written approval, included in the reservation before arrival.

House rules: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Pelican, a neighborhood in Cape Coral. Sanibel Island Lighthouse and Edison and Ford Winter Estates are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Sanibel Island Southern Beach and Estero Boulevard Beach.
