The spacious living area with the 55 'HD LED TV, home theater with DVD, telephone and WiFi internet. A 10x5m heated and illuminated pool with comfortable seating and reclining furniture and a gas grill invites you to relax, as well as fishing from the private dock. The spacious pool / terrace area is protected with a screen across the entire width of the house.

Sports activities on site: The water channel is very popular with anglers and therefore our wooden terrace in the river is extremely ideal for all anglers. A highlight of course is the large lake where you can swim.
Sun-seekers will find the ideal summer tan at the pool or the popular wooden dock under a light breeze. In an incredible silence, you immediately forget your everyday stress and relax there.

An airport shuttle is no longer necessary in Fort Myers! Alternative arrival: flight to Miami (approx. 2.5 h drive to the house) or Orlando (3:20 h drive to the house).
In addition to the villa, we rent two RENTAL CARS, a SUV Ford Expedition V8 (with 8 seats) and a Toyota Solara V6 Cabrio with a large trunk, as well as a HARLEY DAVIDSON V-Rod.
